The brief
To create a page takeover for Virgin.com's homepage on the theme of 'adventure'. This included the main header image and static banners in various formats.

The process
The brief was open in terms of image content for the theme of 'adventure.' I soon settled on the idea of mountains and created illustrations based on this theme using simple geometric shapes, adhering to a color palette I chose to allow for depth and atmosphere. To give the illustrations a more handmade feel, I added a paper texture to the images.
